Community Engagement Manager Post

OPEN WATER: Community Engagement Programme

We’re pleased to announce that Lido Brynaman / The Baths has been awarded funding by the Welsh Government to support an extensive feasibility study that will move forward our plans to bring this much-loved facility back to life. Continuing our partnership with Rural Office and the Architectural Heritage Fund, the eight-month feasibility study will conclude with a community event that is planned for summer of 2026, before a detailed planning application is submitted to the local authority.

We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager (part-time) to run the project. This could be an individual or an organisation with appropriate experience. For more information or to apply for the role please contact brynamanlido@gmail.com. Deadline Monday 3rd November.

Alongside the technological investigations we will continue to involve the local community to make sure that they are engaged and informed as the project moves forward.

This new Community Engagement Programme: Open Water will focus on Access, Health & Wellbeing and Ecology.

    1. Hi Gerald, this website is bilingual, just click on the Cymraeg button along the top and it will take you to Welsh. Apologies this sometimes isn’t clear on a mobile – click on the 3 lines beside the title and you will see the translation link there.
